Tony Stoltzfus, Founder
Tony StoltzfusThe Founder and Director of Curriculum Development of LM, Tony specializes in helping senior ministry and business leaders engage God in difficult circumstances and finish well. A lifelong student of personal change and personality type, Tony is a highly-sought-after transformational coach with a worldwide clientele.

A pioneer in the Christian coaching movement, Tony has trained thousands of coaches, co-founded an international coaching school and created a wide range of leadership resources used around the world. He is the author of ten books, including Coaching Questions, the top-selling coaching how-to on

Tony developed, an on-line Christian coaching bookstore and publisher of Christian coaching resources, and is creator of The Calling Journey, a reasearch-based online calling timelining tool.

Tony travels widely, leading workshops and speaking on heart transformation and coaching. He is known as a speaker for an interactive, adult learning approach to training that fully engages participants, and for a high level of personal transparency. He and his wife Kathy have two grown children and reside in Redding, California. He enjoys being in nature, watching the stars, reading, laughter and projects around the house.

Kathy Stoltzfus, Director

Kasthy StoltzfusAs LM's Director, Kathy is responsible for day-to-day operations, leading our staff and volunteers and growing our organization. Kathy brings long experience in the ministry world to the LM team, having served on staff at churches, retreat centers and para-church ministries. She holds training classes for Wellspring Group, which uses retreats and group coaching to help participants get in touch with their deep desires and live from the heart. A certified coach and trained in spiritual direction and inner healing, Kathy also works with LM participants individually and offers spiritual formation retreats and coach training courses to participants. She is a co-author of the book, Questions for Jesus, and manages the Coach22 Christian coaching bookstore.

Kathy also maintains a group of clients through her own personal coaching practice, which focuses on helping women experience deeper intimacy in prayer and discover how to live out of their deepest desires.

Kathy has a degree in landscape architecture and has done graduate studies in spiritual direction at Eastern Mennonite Seminary. She and her husband Tony have two grown children and live in Redding, California.

Dave Smith, LM Coaching Director

Dave Smith, Coach Drawing from life lessons, a career in occupational ministry and business ownership, Dave helps individuals hurdle the obstacles that rob them of the joy and passion of a life lived with a sense of destiny. He specializes in coaching spiritual formation and the inner life, encouraging coachees to become aware of and live out of the heart. In addition to coaching LM's follow-up teams, Dave serves on the LM board.

Dave was certified as a coach through Western Theological Seminary in Sacramento, CA. In addition to his work for LM, he serves as a coach for The Calling Journey, has his own coaching business 3D Coaching, and is working towards an Associate Coaching credential with International Coaching Federation (ICF).

After four years on the Board of Elders for Foothill Community Church in Roseville, CA, Dave joined the staff as Senior Associate Pastor. In the capacity of Senior Associate Dave oversaw the training and equipping ministries of the church.

Dave also served two years as a member of the executive leadership team for a local chapter of Habitat for Humanity and later served as the COO of a newly formed for-profit construction company, founded by Habitat. During this time he oversaw the successful completion of two light commercial projects and thirteen single family residences including the infrastructure for two small subdivisions.

Dave lives in Northern California with his wife Luanne. They have 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren and counting. In his spare time he enjoys walking and hiking, golfing, building things, reading good books, writing, conversations with friends, and just hanging out with his family. One of his dreams is to own a Victory motorcycle and go on some really cool road trips.

Mary Ashbaucher, Administrative Assistant

Mary Ashbaucher Mary handles the shipping and admin for Coach22 as well as doing administrative work for the many workshops LMI puts on.

Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Mary attended Ohio Christian University in Circleville, Ohio. She graduated with her Psychology degree where she discovered her love for helping people become mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy. After graduating her undergraduate program she moved to South Carolina to attend the South Carolina School of Leadership for two years. After attending the Leadership school Mary moved out West to Redding, CA where she felt lead to enroll in Bethel Supernatural School of Ministry.

After finishing two years at BSSM Mary joined our team here at Leaders Meta-Formation. Happy to be a part of the team, Mary looks forward to learning all she can from the Meta-Formation Coaching model and looks forward to helping others in their journey towards a healthy lifestyle where they get to live life to it's fullest.

In her free time Mary loves getting caught up in new experiences. She loves to travel, spontaneous adventures with friends, eating, shopping, the occasional scenic hike, and keeping up with the latest movies.

Lydia Fleming, Executive Assistant

Lydia Fleming Lydia serves LM as a part time videographer, editor, and executive assistant. After years working in Los Angeles as an assistant, production manager and eventual producer for feature films, Lydia moved to Valparaiso, Indiana for a children’s production, where she connected to a Bethel community and many Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry graduates! In May of 2015 Lydia left Valpo to travel and seek the Lord for her next steps – she was directed to Santa Barbara and an anti-human trafficking non-profit, where she served for a year, before moving to Redding in June of 2017.

Lydia is currently training to receive her life coach certification through LM, as well as part-time studying to become a nutritional therapist. Lydia loves learning everything possible about helping people become who they have been designed to be – healthy, whole, and equipped with the tools they need to remain so and give health and wholeness to everyone they encounter.

Sarah Herring, Contemplative Retreat Leader

Sarah HerringSarah Herring's heart desire is to embrace the journey of transformation that Christ brings to the deepest places of the soul, both in her life and as a fellow pilgrim on the path with others.  She brings a background of training and experience as a spiritual director, counselor, retreat facilitator, college professor and life coach.  Her own story of growth in the midst of great challenge informs her perspective on the goodness of God in the midst of struggle.  She values contemplation, encounter, presence, and authenticity in her relationships with God and others.

Sarah co-leads LM retreats and offers spiritual direction to participants. She is co-author of the book, Questions for Jesus, which shows readers how to pray their deepest desires.

A long-time resident of Redding, California, Sarah enjoys being in nature, working with healing oils and being part of a team.
